European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) Provision of E-Learning Content Authoring Services Including Educational Animations (2024-2028)
Human Asset (HATEC SA), together with Dotsoft SA, will partner with the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) under a single-supplier framework to deliver instructional design and production of interactive digital learning products. The framework supports EUAA’s European Asylum Curriculum and blended learning model, transforming text-based manuscripts into engaging e-learning and multimedia while ensuring interoperability with the Agency’s Moodle-based LMS.
Within this contract, our consortium will build new and translated e-learning courses (SCORM/xAPI), produce educational multimedia (animations, infographics, teasers with voice-over and subtitles), and provide digital learning instructional design services—including storyboards, templates, and capacity-building workshops for EUAA staff and stakeholders. We will also deliver advisory and market-research services on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, VR/AR), gamification, microlearning and mobile learning—always aligning outputs with EUAA’s quality, accessibility and responsiveness requirements. Our shared goal is to elevate learning effectiveness and user experience at scale for asylum and reception officials across Europe.
European Union Drugs Agency (EUDA) (2024-2028)
We’re delighted to share that Human Asset (HATEC SA), in consortium with Dotsoft SA, has been selected by the European Union Drugs Agency (EUDA) to deliver the PLATO Scale-up – EUDA e-learning Platform project—winning all four lots of the tender. The lots cover: (1) transversal coordination and strategic planning, ensuring coherent governance across branding, pedagogy, and ICT; (2) alignment with EUDA corporate identity and user-experience optimisation; (3) development of scientific and pedagogical e-learning content across prevention, treatment, harm reduction, social reintegration and crime prevention; and (4) technical upscaling, maintenance and security of the PLATO platform.
Through this award, our consortium will help EUDA expand PLATO from its successful origins into a scalable, multilingual hub for high-impact online training and a vibrant virtual community of practice. Our focus will be on learner-centred design, clear learning pathways, engaging multimedia and simulations, robust instructional standards, and a secure, future-ready platform—so that professionals across Europe can access modern, evidence-based training with ease and confidence.
European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) (2025-2029)
We’re excited to announce we, Human Asset (HATEC SA), in a consortium with Dotsoft SA, has been awarded a framework contract by the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) for the Provision of services in production of interactive digital learning products including instructional design and educational animations. Our work will support CEPOL’s 2023–2027 Strategy and SPD 2024–2026 by delivering innovative, hands-on, learner-centred online training solutions—such as simulations, exercises, and interactive multimedia—that enhance engagement and knowledge transfer for law enforcement professionals across Europe.
Within this framework, our consortium will design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences that are error-free, well-structured, easy to follow, and aligned with modern instructional design principles. From educational animations that simplify complex concepts to interactive products that sustain learner attention, our goal is to strengthen CEPOL’s training environment and brand awareness while ensuring effective, impactful learning at scale.
Council of Europe (CoE) 2021-2025
Provision of consultancy services and online courses development in the field of education in the framework of the activities of the Cooperation and Capacity Building Division of the Education Department
The project aims to support the design and development of studies and programmes, training courses and supporting reference materials, monitoring methodologies, new and/or updating of existing online tools, web applications, courses and materials relevant to CoE education policy areas.
Human Asset (HATEC SA) as part of a consortium with Dotsoft SA was assigned with the project for the redesign of a LEMON course on the “Key to Media Literacy”. This course was developed by the CoE Education Department and Human Asset redesigned it, in order to make it more interactive and user-friendly through the use of visual engaging graphics and other multimedia tools. The courses are hosted on CoE Help Platform. Aside from the graphical aspect of the course, we have also worked on the content in order to reshape the entire way of thinking and methodology behind, so that the courses are based on a critical thinking approach.
Our aim, based on this Framework Agreement, was to design and develop an e-learning course, tailored to the needs of CoE and of its learners, taking advantage of the latest e-learning design principles and provide the following features:

• Pedagogically effective
• Engaging and participative (not only informative)
• Technically advanced and contemporary

International Telecommunication Union (ITU) of the United Nations
African Girls Can Code
Human Asset (HATEC SA), together with Dotsoft SA, was awarded an ITU/BDT contract to enhance an existing self-paced e-learning course. Our team modernized the learner journey with gamification, clear structure, engaging interactions, accessibility-ready media, and streamlined assessment elements—ensuring a polished, user-friendly experience aligned with ITU’s standards and delivery timelines. The work strengthened instructional clarity, optimized navigation for busy professionals, and prepared the course for broader global reach through scalable, multilingual assets.
Introduction to Digital Finance for Small Businesses
In a separate award, our consortium produced an animated, fully digitized course introducing core digital-finance concepts for small businesses. We transformed expert content into concise narrative modules with animations, voice-over and micro-assessments, enabling practical, step-by-step learning for entrepreneurs and SMEs. The deliverables supported rapid uptake, portable deployment and consistent quality across contexts—advancing ITU’s mission to build digital skills and inclusion worldwide
Hermes Airports
Hermes Airports—operator of Larnaka and Pafos International Airports under a long-term Build-Operate-Transfer concession—oversees Cyprus’s two gateways and invests in service excellence and workforce capability through the Hermes Academy. The Academy offers open and in-house programmes tailored to operational needs, local regulations, and culture, supporting airport professionals across the organisation.
For Hermes Airports, Human Asset (HATEC SA) designed the Hermes Academy and its LMS, trained internal trainers, and produced a portfolio of e-learning courses including the Guest Experience (gamified) course, Airside Driving, Information Security & Data Privacy, Security Awareness, Induction, and Basic Airside Safety Awareness. The solution is multilingual, mobile-responsive, and SCORM/xAPI-ready, enabling faster onboarding, consistent compliance, and measurable skills development across airport operations.

For Mitsis Group, Human Asset (HATEC SA) designed and implemented a modern Learning Management System that centralizes training across the Group’s 20+ properties. We developed a complete suite of induction, Health & Safety and introductory courses—responsive, multilingual and SCORM/xAPI-ready—so HR and hotel leaders can onboard faster, ensure compliance, and deliver consistent service standards across the entire portfolio.
Celestyal
Celestyal is a Greek cruise brand based in Athens/Piraeus, known for authentic, destination-rich itineraries across the Greek Islands, Turkey, the Eastern Mediterranean, and (more recently) the Arabian Gulf. Operating mid-sized ships—including the Celestyal Journey and Celestyal Discovery—the line offers 3-, 4- and 7-night cruises that blend cultural immersion with flexible, modern onboard experiences.
For Celestyal, Human Asset (HATEC SA) designed the Learning Academy and implemented the company’s LMS, then produced a portfolio of corporate e-learning programs tailored to cruise operations and shoreside teams. Highlights include a Guest Experience course, AI Awareness training, and the gamified, animation-based induction “All about Celestyal”, alongside a series of soft-skills modules. The result is a scalable, multilingual learning ecosystem that accelerates onboarding, ensures consistency, and supports continuous upskilling across the organisation.
MVP – Most Value Play (Erasmus+ KA220-SCH, 2024-2026)
MVP is a two-year cooperation partnership (that helps schools bring gamification into everyday teaching to boost engagement and key competences. Led by ENSINUS with partners HATEC SA (Human Asset), the University of Turku, European Digital Learning Network, and Fundació Privada Tr@ms, the project targeted teachers, school leaders and students across Europe, aligning with Erasmus+ priorities on digital transformation, teacher support and competence development.
The consortium created an online gamified platform with ready-to-use templates and a new decision-support tool that helps educators select and adapt the most suitable gameful approach to their subject and objectives—an area where Human Asset Technologies led the work on the platform work package. The partnership complemented the platform with needs analysis, support strategies and partnership agreements, comprehensive training and mentoring for teachers, and wide dissemination to build a sustainable community of practice. Together, these outputs strengthened teachers’ digital-pedagogical skills and improved students’ motivation and learning outcomes.
iVET – Innovation for Vocational Education Trainers, (Erasmus+ KA220-VET, 2022-2024)
iVET is a European cooperation partnership that strengthens VET quality and relevance by bringing innovation and technology transfer into everyday teaching practice. The project mobilised a multi-country consortiumto equip VET teachers, managers and staff with practical tools, methods and networks for skills development closely aligned with labour-market needs.
As part of iVET, we helped design and roll out a gamified e-learning experience with narrative techniques and a discussion forum—turning knowledge transfer into active learning and community exchange. The partnership also delivered concrete assets for the VET ecosystem: six market-mapping reports (ES, FR, CY, IT, GR, PT), a technology transfer roadmap for VET institutions, an iVET skills-to-jobs matching tool, a training programme for VET practitioners, an LMS, gamified e-learning content and an open-access OER good-practice network, complemented by learning events and multiplier activities across Europe.
