How Low-Code and AI Agents Are Transforming Instructional Design — Insights from Our New Paper

Excited to share our latest publication by Springer Nature as part of the ITS 2025 International Conference on Learning and Collaboration Technologies conference proceedings!

This paper explores how Low-Code/No-Code platforms can enable educators—with no coding background—to design and deploy generative AI systems for instructional design using multiple AI Agents.

We focused on a Human-In-The-Loop approach, where AI agents assist educators in analysis, design, and development, while also supporting fact-checking and quality review. Real-world validation with educators is next!

Huge thanks to the co-authors Stylianos MystakidisIoannis Hatzilygeroudis and Konstantinos Siozopoulos for their teamwork and insights!
